Our Story
Brandon discovered his passion for hardwood flooring in the summer of 2000, and it quickly became his life's work. Before starting his own company, he invested in extensive training through the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and spent years honing his craft on high-profile projects — learning what separates good work from exceptional work.
When Brandon launched BBJ Hardwood Flooring as a family-owned business, he built it from the ground up with a simple philosophy: do the job right, communicate clearly, and treat every home like it matters — because it does. After 25 years in the trade, that philosophy hasn't changed.
Today, Brandon's son BJ (Brandon Jr.) works right alongside him. BJ jumped into the business during high school, learning the trade between football seasons and traveling with a national baseball team. That work ethic runs in the family. Brandon partners with a fellow tradesman to purchase a custom woodworking shop, bringing his lifelong passion for woodworking full circle. BBJ now offers custom woodwork beyond flooring — stairs, trim, built-ins, mantels, and more.
A Family Legacy
BJ joins his father, bringing the same work ethic he showed balancing football, national-level baseball, and learning the flooring trade in high school.
